It's about psychology, it's about story-telling, it's about art, but mostly, it's about nothing.

Hero is trying to become an artist, but his journey is frustrated by the play's writer who has his own agenda, a love interest he doesn't love, and two recalcitrant bit part players eager to play a more major role. Hero first deconstructs his art, his relationships, and his own existence before finally stumbling upon himself, whom he finally sees in the audience that was always there observing him.
